ERP Support and Compliance Manager - Hybrid/Onsite

Location:

San Diego, California, United States (US-CA).

We are seeking an experienced ERP Support and Compliance Manager to join our team and lead the support function for our ERP, COTS, and custom applications.

• Oversee the support function, including incident, problem, change, and release management across domains.
• Serve as the single point of contact for support and escalation for all applications.
• Interact regularly with customer group managers and IT managers to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Coach team members on support processes and activities.
• Identify problem areas and plan improvements for implementation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce incidents, identify automation opportunities, and drive innovation.
• Mentor tower leads to own tickets and resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Ensure project SLAs, KPI targets, and SOX compliance for changes are met.
• Prepare project status reports, metrics, and present to customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate support documentation, runbooks, and a known error database.
• Work with the SOX lead to ensure compliance for support and development processes.
• Participate in internal and external SOX audits.
• Review and approve changes in the ITSM tool.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5–8 years managing support projects across ERP/COTS/Custom Apps domains.
• 5–8 years in ERP functional consulting (Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics).
• 5–8 years managing offshore/onshore ERP support with SLA targets.
• 10+ years experience with Baan 5c/Infor LN (preferred) or other ERPs like SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• ERP specific functional certification.
• Project management certification.
