- Develop and execute test plans for UiPath-based bots, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate bot compatibility with Microsoft tools and government licensing models.
- Document defects, corrective actions, and quality metrics in secure formats.
- Perform incidental troubleshooting and sustainment to confirm bot performance.
- Ensure adherence to DoD standards for security, regulatory compliance, and small business utilization.
- Collaborate on process improvements and provide input for training materials.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 3+ years of QA experience in software or automation testing.
- Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., UiPath Test Manager, Selenium) and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of federal security requirements and defect tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- Preferred: ISTQB certification or experience with RPA-specific testing.

Salary: $92,000 - $108,000 per year
