Job Summary
A Project Manager responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives, ensuring alignment across business, product, engineering, and vendor teams. Drives prioritization, manages cross‑functional workflows, and guarantees that item‑related capabilities are delivered accurately, on time, and in support of key business outcomes. Provides clear, consistent updates to business and technology partners, including directors and executive leadership.

- 6‑Month Contract Assignment
- Lead major projects from initiation through delivery, including discovery, planning, execution, and rollout.
- Partner closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, and other business stakeholders to understand requirements, dependencies, and desired outcomes.
- Facilitate prioritization discussions across business and technical teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies, capacity, and resource constraints.
- Translate business needs into clear project plans, timelines, scope, and measurable success criteria.
- Coordinate with engineering, data, integrations, and vendor teams to ensure system design, data flows, and attributes are defined and implemented correctly.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and cross‑team impacts; drive mitigation plans and escalation when needed.
- Prepare and deliver structured project updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to business stakeholders, technology leaders, and cross‑functional teams.
- Manage project ceremonies, status updates, steering discussions, and communication with all levels of the organization.
- Ensure data readiness, attribute mapping, governance, and workflow changes are defined and validated before deployment.
- Track progress across initiatives, monitor KPIs, and ensure teams stay accountable to milestones and deliverables.
- Support UAT, cutover planning, training, and change management to ensure smooth adoption across the organization.
- 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in technical, digital, retail, or supply‑chain‑related environments.
- Experience in understanding business processes, data flows, related products & systems within the retail and e‑commerce entities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive prioritization with business stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills, including executive communication.
- Experience working with PIM, ERP, OMS, or merchandising systems.
- Vendor or implementation project experience.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business partners.
- $50-60/hr (W2)
