** The Opportunity***"As a leader and business strategic partner, you will lead teams of scientists working closely with external clients to build efficient predictive models, analyze and validate production model behavior and ensure optimal model performance. There will be opportunities to lead the internal technology team in development of models and get involved in sales activities related to the evaluation of models for different client environments."

** What You’ll Contribute
*** Head up technical project teams and own individual high-level projects focused on key analytic deliverables and analytic innovation projects working effectively with cross functional teams (i.e. Pre-sales, Product Management, Development) meeting project road maps and delivery timelines.
* Present findings to clients in a compelling way, demonstrating value and differentiation ensuring high level of customer support.
* Hands-on analysis and understanding large amounts of historical data to determine the most suitable modeling techniques while showcasing expertise with different types of algorithms and modeling processes with cutting-edge analytic techniques.
* Shepherd scientists through project work assignments and assist in developing career opportunities for them.
* Drive innovation and inorganic growth of new and existing analytic products through offering and promoting refined ideas.
** What We’re Seeking
*** MS or a PhD degree in a statistics, physics, engineering, mathematics, computer science or other related analytic field with significant years of experience in predictive modeling with Software Development experience in either C, C++ or Java.
* Experience to include employing neural networks, machine learning, mathematical/statistical modeling, pattern recognition, or data mining on real world problems. Large dataset analysis with strong skills in scripting languages such as Python, Perl or Bash; knowledge of data-cleaning techniques and their uses on large datasets; performing statistical analyses leading to the understanding of the structure of the data.
* Prior experience driving high quality/on-time model development projects and driving innovation into the modeling process/offerings.
* Experience leading cross functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, IT and product managers in execution of an analytic research or development project.
