- Provide installation support across multiple programs within PEO C4I PMW/A 170 (Communications and GPS), coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support fielding plans and meet schedule and critical-path milestones.
- Execute installation planning and compliance in accordance with the Navy Modernization Process (NMP), utilizing SPIDER, CAPS, Mod Tracker, and NAVWAR databases; conduct NMP milestone reviews.
- Maintain accurate installation data, documentation, and status tracking; identify risks, resolve installation issues, and recommend mitigations to ensure program objectives are met.
- Support program planning and reporting, including ad-hoc data calls, metrics, spend plans, POM inputs, and CRA funding requirements.
- Develop, review, and maintain installation deliverables such as heat and waterfall charts, program briefs, A-O/TCD messages, PNA briefs, ICRR data calls, and other installation execution artifacts.
- Support readiness and review activities, including PCCB risk mitigation, PRR/IRR support, SFP/SPIDER data reconciliation, late SID briefs, and background materials for senior leadership reviews.
- Review and coordinate Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) and support familiarity with the Change Order Request Notification (CORN) process.

Some positions will require access to U.S. National Security information. Positions that require this access will be required to receive and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL). In order to qualify for this position, the candidate must be a US Citizen and either currently possess this National Security eligibility or be able to complete the investigation application process with a favorable determination and maintain that eligibility throughout their employment.
