The Project Manager will oversee project scope, timelines, communication, and Agile processes to ensure successful delivery.
This role involves coordinating sprints, facilitating team collaboration, coaching on Agile practices, and removing barriers to progress.
The Project Manager will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to maintain high-quality deliverables and a productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project scope, timelines, and overall delivery.
- Report project metrics, progress updates, and status to stakeholders.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies including sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Coach and guide team members in Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate internal communication and ensure effective cross-team collaboration.
- Serve as the point of contact for external communications with clients or stakeholders.
- Work with product owners to manage backlogs, priorities, and new requests.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles affecting team progress.
- Support teams in implementing process improvements effectively.
- Guide teams toward higher levels of Scrum maturity.
- Foster a productive environment where team members take ownership of their work and overall product success.
- 1+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Familiarity with software development environments and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., user stories, definition of done, automated testing, backlog refinement).
- Good understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency in MS Project for detailed planning.
- Strong communication skills and a servant-leadership mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
