As a Senior RPA Developer, you will lead the implementation and optimization of advanced automation bots, ensuring seamless integration and performance in Government environments. This role involves guiding development efforts with incidental maintenance and collaboration to support bot delivery across NIWC Pacific portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design, development, and delivery of complex RPA bots using UiPath, with integration of Microsoft tools, scripting, and process enhancements for scalability.
- Ensure compatibility with UiPath licensing models and orchestrator components, providing configuration settings and version control.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for bot life cycles, installation, and operation in production settings.
- Perform incidental troubleshooting, bug fixes, and source code modifications to facilitate successful bot handoff.
- Collaborate with SMEs on requirements for portfolios such as Battlespace Awareness and Indo‑Pacific Region Operations.
- Support optional training or briefings as non‑severable components to enable bot adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of experience in RPA development, with advanced proficiency in UiPath and Microsoft ecosystems.

Certifications:
UiPath Automation Developer Professional and Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. - Experience in federal/DoD secure environments, including compliance with security and performance standards.
- Proven ability to optimize automation processes and integrate complementary technologies.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
