We are looking for a Business Data Analyst who combines strong analytical thinking with business acumen to uncover insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can partner effectively with stakeholders

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, define KPIs
  , and translate them into measurable metrics (building data pipelines
  , KPI creations
  , and root cause analysis
  ).
• Generate hypotheses
  , analyze data to validate or refute them, and deliver insights that inform business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track performance and trends.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Use Python (or similar scripting tools) for deeper analysis, automation, and model development.
• Present findings and recommendations to business and technical teams in a clear, compelling way.

Must Have:

• Strong business acumen with a track record of linking analytics to tangible business outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience in SQL
  , Python
  , and data visualization tools (e.g., Qlikview, Qliksense, Tableau).
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills, including hypothesis‑driven analysis.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, or cloud platforms (AWS).
• Exposure to statistical analysis, A/B testing, or predictive modeling.
