See Scan is seeking a Business Automation Development Lead to join our team.

You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automated solutions that connect core business systems, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Compensation

The salary range for our Business Automation Development Lead position is$110,000 to $150,000 annually.

This range represents a good faith estimate based on the qualifications we expect to find in a successful candidate. Actual compensation offered may be less or greater than this estimate based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, our assessment of your ability to bring value to our organization.

In this position, you will
  • Lead the design and development of automation solutions that connect and orchestrate business systems across the organization
  • Develop and maintain integrations between our ERP system, internal applications, and third-party tools
  • Implement and integrate AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance business processes and analytics
  • Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient deployment of automation solutions
  • Utilize Git and related version control tools to manage source code, collaboration, and release processes
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational and analytical requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Support ERP design and customization workflows, including linking ERP design tools with development and version control systems
  • Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and compliance standards
  • Provide technical leadership, documentation, and best practices for automation development within the IT team
Your background
  • Strong proficiency in Python for application development and system integration
  • Experience with Git and other development and tracking tools (e.g., issue tracking, CI/CD platforms)
  • Hands-on experience designing and supporting CI/CD processes
  • Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data workflows
  • Experience working in an IT or enterprise application development environment
  • Experience with ERP systems (implementation, integration, or customization)
  • Background in business analytics, data analysis, or reporting
  • Experience implementing AI or machine learning tools in production environments
  • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and automation platforms
