Position: TA Entry Level Hiring School Lead

Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join our team as a TA Entry Level Hiring School Lead. This role is perfect for someone with a growth mindset, passionate about people, organizational development, and building strong partnerships with universities to attract top talent.

You will receive training and mentorship to help you thrive in a dynamic environment, working alongside talented HR professionals worldwide.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) Leaders to support Entry-Level Hiring (ELH) initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key universities to strengthen IBM’s campus presence.
  • Coordinate and execute our participation in career fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment events.
  • Collaborate on creative strategies to engage students and promote IBM’s employer brand.
  • Support event logistics, communications, and reporting to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Creativity and ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Ability to build partnerships and foster relationships.
Required Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
  • Experience using Adobe or similar tools to create banners, videos, or other marketing assets.
  • Previous experience managing university relations or executing recruitment events (career fairs, info sessions, etc.).
