Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to support high-volume and specialized hiring needs in a fast-paced environment. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for a recruiter who can quickly ramp, manage full-cycle recruiting, and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. The position offers the opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance and business need.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer and onboarding
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
Source and engage candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, ATS, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and culture fit
Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance throughout the hiring process
Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics
Support employer branding efforts and represent the organization professionally to candidates
Assist with process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and quality of hire
2–5+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
Ability to build trust and credibility with hiring managers
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
