We are seeking a high-performing Sr. Healthcare Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across clinical and non-clinical roles. This individual should be a proactive problem solver, a culture builder, and a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings healthcare staffing expertise, promotes collaboration, and leads with integrity and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for nursing, allied health, and healthcare administrative roles
- Partner with clients and hiring managers to define role requirements and develop customized sourcing strategies
- Lead sourcing efforts using job boards, databases, social media, and networking events
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skill set, credentials, and cultural fit
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process in collaboration with compliance and operations teams
- Mentor and support recruiters and recruiting coordinators
- Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and placement success rates
- Promote a positive team culture by modeling professionalism, hard work, and solution-oriented thinking
- Stay current on healthcare staffing trends, licensure requirements, and market conditions
Qualifications & Skills
- 4–7+ years of experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting
- Demonstrated success filling high-volume or hard-to-fill roles
- Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, terminology, and credentialing requirements
- Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
- Adaptable, resourceful, and committed to high performance
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Loxo, Bullhorn, etc.)
This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
