Join our Road Runner Sports team as the Human Resources Coordinator
! In this role you will facilitate Human Resource processes across all business locations, foster team member satisfaction, and ensure compliance that aligns with our company goals. You will administer team member health and welfare plans, act as the liaison between team members and insurance providers, and serve as the key point of contact for resolving benefits‑related problems to support positive team member relations.

• Ensure all store‑initiated separations are processed in ADP.
• Assist with unemployment insurance claims by gathering information for third‑party administrators as needed.
• Ensure plan administration complies with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed.
• Provide customer service by answering team member requests and questions.
• Assist with administration of health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Manage leaves of absence requests and monitor related cases.
• Partner with Payroll to process company‑wide terminations.
• Schedule meetings as requested by the HR Manager.
• Provide administrative support to the HR function, including record‑keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
• Perform clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and emailing documents.
• Prepare ad hoc reports as requested.
• Assist with SB 553 (Workplace Violence Prevention Plan) compliance record‑keeping and tracking.
• Oversee labor poster compliance for support centers, fulfillment centers, and all retail locations.
• Maintain Workers Compensation and DNC (Disciplinary Correction Notice) logs and related e‑filing.
• File documents into appropriate team e‑files.
• Assist with team member recognition events and anniversary celebrations.
• Assist with the Nectar recognition platform’s team member feed, challenges, and point redemption.
• Directly report to the Human Resources Manager.
• Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes.

• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university.
• At least 2 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience; 1–2 years in an HR Coordinator role preferred.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• ADP Workforce Now experience.
• SHRM‑CP credential is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time‑management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and HRIS applications.

USD $25.00/Hr. – USD $28.00/Hr.
