Global Head of Talent Acquisition (London, NY, SF, SD, Raleigh) - We're hiring!This is an internal recruiting position placing sales and recruitment professionals.
Hybrid model - 3 days/week in office.
1-3 years of experience placing SALES or RECRUITING professionals REQUIRED.
$70k-$75k/prorated based on experience + commission.
Meet Life Sciences is a Global Talent Solutions provider founded in London, with offices in New York, San Francisco, San Diego, and most recently Raleigh. Our client’s range across the top Medical Device, Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies in the world. Due to the record breaking success of the contract team in 2024, Meet is seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Professional to help continue build out our 360 function in addition to other business units.
This person will also help interview for the business's permanent hire side as we seek to hire entry-level and experienced sales and recruitment professionals into our organization.

Job Outline:
As an Internal Recruiter, you will adopt a candidate and stakeholder centric, service-led approach in developing internal relationships and sourcing quality candidates to back the business in reaching forecasted targets. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all hires you are assigned to within our organization. This position demands a high volume of recruitment activities, emphasizing the significance of adept time and stakeholder management skills.
Your focus will be on meeting the staffing needs of our hiring managers, primarily aspiring sales professionals at the Associate/Recruiter/Senior/Lead level, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of their requirements. You will have to be flexible as you navigate through changing business needs and incoming orders, also demonstrating a proactive approach when it comes to candidate outreach in addition to receiving inbound applications.
