Certified ADAS LLC operates in the fast-growing Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) industry, supporting collision repair facilities by ensuring vehicle safety systems are properly calibrated after repairs. As we continue to expand across multiple markets, we are seeking an HR & Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day human resources administration, compliance, and employee operations.
This role is highly hands-on and operational, supporting employees, leadership, and field teams across multiple locations.
Responsibilities Human Resources & Employee Administration- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees
- Maintain and audit employee records, personnel files, and HR systems
- Administer employee timecards, attendance tracking, and payroll reporting support
- Coordinate and track employee performance reviews and documentation
- Support employee relations matters, including documentation for corrective actions and disciplinary processes
- Conduct new-hire check-ins and ongoing employee support
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
- Support OSHA compliance, safety documentation, and training records
- Maintain compliance documentation related to employment policies, labor requirements, and internal standards
- Assist leadership with HR compliance across multiple states
- Manage and track company equipment and assets
- Coordinate company vehicle and van logistics, assignments, and documentation
- Schedule internal meetings, leadership meetings, and company-wide calls
- Support training schedules and coordination for new hires and technicians
Assist with general operational tasks related to employee support and internal processes
- Arrange and coordinate travel for executives and employees, including flights, lodging, and transportation
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Provide administrative support to leadership, including communications and document preparation
- 3+ year of experience in an HR or People operations support role
- Prior experience with onboarding, employee records, and HR administration
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
