Mainstay Medical is a medical device company focused on marketing an innovative implantable neurostimulation system, ReActiv8®, for people with disabling chronic mechanical Low Back Pain. The company is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, with subsidiaries operating in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Germany.

The Role:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team on a temporary basis for approximately three months. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing the administrative and coordination aspects of the hiring process. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post and мамagic job requisitions across job boards and internal systems
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite) with candidates and interview teams
  • Schedule and manage interview debriefs valamint collect interviewer feedback
  • Prepare and send offer letters and support offer approvals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant contou system (ATS)
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, next steps, and general inquiries
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or a similar administrative role (TA experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with ATS platforms, calendars, and scheduling tools
  • Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset ())

The hourly range for this position is $23.00 to $33.00/hour; however, base pay offered will take into account a range of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. T
