We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help build world-class technical teams for Revelyst Golf Technology. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent in areas such as software engineering, hardware design, and emerging golf technologies. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with a strong understanding of technical roles and a passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience.
This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Director and is based in our San Diego office.
As the Technical Recruiter, you will have an opportunity to:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand technical staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source and attract top technical talent through various channels (Linked In, job boards, networking, referrals, and niche platforms).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future technical roles.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruiting processes and ensure diversity and inclusion in hiring.
- Represent Revelyst Golf Technology’s brand and culture in all candidate interactions.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive talent markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles (software, hardware, data, or engineering).
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and ability to assess candidate qualifications.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
