- Manage the full lifecycle of executive searches for internal and external candidates.
- Serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers, coaching them on search strategy, compensation, interviewing, and long‑term engagement of passive candidates.
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end proactive sourcing strategies across multiple disciplines/domains; partner with external resources as needed.
- Build and maintain pools of technical talent for technology disciplines, leveraging networking and database tools.
- Deliver executive‑search communication, including search presentation materials and candidate preparation.
- Lead the offer process in collaboration with stakeholders; negotiate and close executive candidates.
- Create and drive best‑in‑class experiences that delight candidates and hiring teams.
- Contribute to operational excellence by leading strategic projects within the team.
- Champion diversity and inclusion across the entire hiring journey.
- Collaborate, partner across the broader talent acquisition team and mentor others.
- Maintain a growth mindset and adapt to changing dynamics as required.
- 10+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on executive recruiting.
- Proven track record of hiring best‑in‑class diverse technical leaders.
- Ability to build talent pipelines and develop long‑term prospect relationship strategies.
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior executives.
- Deep knowledge of the external technical talent environment, market trends, competitors, and overall talent availability.
- Exceptional collaboration skills and confidence working autonomously.
- High business acumen and strong communication skills, written and verbal; ability to present data and implications clearly.
- Technologically astute; able to leverage tools and technology to manage talent pipelines and ensure data hygiene.
- Understanding of the SaaS industry; prior experience in a high‑growth technology firm considered a strong plus.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Total base pay ranges (adjusted for location) are:
Bay Area, California: $195,500 – $264,500. Southern California: $179,000 – $242,000.
