Lux/Towers (with cross-training at Electra).

Schedule:

Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Full-Time Ambassador to support our Ambassador team at the Lux/Towers site. This role will also be cross-trained at the Electra site after onboarding and initial training at Lux/Towers. The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, and adaptable across multiple locations.

• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors
• Provide exceptional customer service and support daily site operations
• Assist the Ambassador team as needed across Lux/Towers
• Cross-train and provide coverage support at the Electra site when required
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
• Follow company policies, procedures, and site-specific protocols

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible
• Willingness to cross-train and work at multiple locations
