Overview

Mission Bay Resort in San Diego Mission Bay is a 357‑room resort with multiple dining options, a renovated pool, a kids pool, Bay views, fire pits and more. We are excited to welcome a new Front Desk Agent who will showcase our hotel, amenities and create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and interact with guests from around the world, showcasing the hotel and its amenities.
  • Directly impact the guest experience, create lasting memories and provide exceptional service.
  • Handle reservations, check‑in/check‑out, payments, and answer guest inquiries in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Support front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe front desk area.
  • Work flexible schedule, adapting to changing guest volume and stay availability.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in guest care within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, patience, empathy, and strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with hotel PMS and POS systems.
  • College education or equivalent experience preferred; 0+ years of experience acceptable.
  • Flexible schedule availability; ability to work nights, weekends, holidays.
