The General Manager will have full responsibility for the overall performance of the hotel, leading daily operations while shaping the long‑term vision of one of San Diego’s most recognized independent properties. Successful candidates will bring proven experience as a General Manager, preferably within luxury or boutique hotel environments. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong financial and operational acumen, a visible and hands‑on leadership style, and a genuine passion for hospitality, guest service, and team development. Experience working within independent or owner‑operated hotel organizations is strongly preferred.
