Job DescriptionThe Assistant Food & Beverqage Manager has responsibility for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while meeting Omni Standards in our Banquet events & Outlets. Responsible for maintaining Omni’s high guest service standards by consistently providing efficient, friendly and professional service while interacting with Hotel and event guests on a daily basis. The Omni San Diego Hotel has 511 guest roomsوح and is located adjacent to Petco Park.
Responsibilities- Assist Banquet Manager during Banquet Events. Assist Outlet Managers during heavy Outlet time periods.
- Assist in properly training staff to execute Omni service standards.
- Accurately communicate new menu items and promotions to staff.
- Communicate with guests and solicit their feedback, address issues as needed.
- Observe staff interactions with guests; train and correct staff as needed.
- Review and understand financial information.
- Accurately maintain a cash bank.
- Interact with other departments as needed to ensure guest needs are satisfied.
- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all Hotel and departmental policies and procedures. نیرو
- Close out Banquet Event Orders/checks at the end of events.
- Close and/or open Outlets for daily operations.
Accommodate all guest requests expediently and 下载 couriously. Follow up with designated Hotel personnel to ensure completion of request.
- Must be at least 21 years of age (alcohol service).
- Ability and willingness to work a variety of shifts,영 including weekends and holidays. Licence
- Ability and willingness to maintain a current Food Handlers and RBS certification. Both certifications are required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English with guests, vendors and staff is required.
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations (cash handling) is required.
- Keen attention to detail, ability Soho multitask and strong organizational skills are required.
- Previous Food and Beverage Experience is required.
- Previous supervisory experience is required.
Pay:esteps $27.00 hour, overtime eligible manager with an anticipated annual salary of $71,955.00. The pay scale provided is a range that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
