Join our team as an Event Sales and Planning Assistant and help bring extraordinary experiences to life. In this role you will work closely with our event sales and planning team to coordinate and execute exceptional events, including weddings, conferences, and galas.

• Assist in event sales and planning activities, including client inquiries, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Coordinate event logistics, such as venue setup, catering, decor, and audiovisual requirements.
• Create detailed event timelines and itineraries.
• Support the team in managing event budgets and financial transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct site visits and showcase event spaces to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.

• One year of front office, reservations, sales, and/or catering experience preferred.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Valid driver's license, where applicable.
• Minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction met.
• Effective communication skills with the public and team members.

USD $24.65 – USD $25.95 per hour.
