About

The Role – Front Office Host

The Front Office Host is responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role provides an opportunity for casual conversation and directly impacts the guest experience. Other duties include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries.

Due to the nature of this role, candidates must have open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Wage Information

The hourly rate for this position is $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Full flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior guest-facing customer experience or hotel experience preferred.
