- On-Call Requirement:
- 16 hours weekend call + 24 hours weekday call per 4-week period
- 30-minute response time
- Weekend call is in addition to scheduled weekend shifts
- Scheduled to work two shifts every other weekend
- Active California RN License
- CPR certification
- Minimum 3 years recent RN experience
- Minimum 2 years recent OR specialty experience
- Must have SCRUB experience
- Required OR experience:
- Orthopedic
- Neuro
- Robotics
- Experience managing complex surgical cases
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to high-risk and fast-paced OR environments
