Overview
Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing abilities, collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Document services accurately, manage billing, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Supervise clinical staff and contribute to team meetings, education, and professional development.
- Promote a positive facility culture through professional interactions and safe working practices.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, current license, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
