We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as we expand to our newest location in North County. This role is ideal for an established aesthetic provider who is confident, detail-oriented, and aligned with the values of natural, balanced results and exceptional patient care.

Location: This position is in-person at our newest location in Carmel Valley and requires consistent on-site presence. Some administrative tasks may be completed remotely with management approval. Flexibility to support the growth phase of a new location, including adjusted schedules or special events, is expected.

Compensation:

• Compensation includes an hourly base rate of $50-$65 per hour with additional incentive compensation tied to collected service revenue.

Qualifications:

• Licensure & Education
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of California.
• Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of performing aesthetic injectable experience, including proficiency in
• Neurotoxins for cosmetic use in the upper and lower face,
• Dermal fillers in lips, temples, midface, tear trough, and lower face using cannula and needle,
• Biostimulators, such as Sculptra,
• Microneedling,
• Medium-depth medical-grade chemical peels.
• Experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic practice strongly preferred.
• Skills
• Strong aesthetic eye with an emphasis on subtle, balanced results.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• High attention to detail, organization, clinical documentation, and patient confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations including full-face assessment and treatment planning using multiple modalities
• Perform injectable treatments and skincare treatments with advanced technique, precision, and natural-looking outcomes
• Develop short and long-term treatment planning aligned with patient goals, anatomy, and current evidence-based clinical guidelines
• Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, outcomes, risks, and post-treatment care
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with state regulations and practice protocols
• Uphold a high standard of clinical safety, integrity, and ethical practice
• Deliver a consistently elevated patient experience reflecting BAY skin + beauty values
• Collaborate with practice leadership to support patient retention, efficiency, and practice growth
• Demonstrate commitment to evidence-based practice, evolving clinical guidelines, and interest in research related to aesthetic medicine.
