Your Opportunity with ECG:
Analyst or Senior Analyst

As a full-time analyst or senior analyst at ECG, you’ll be an important part of our consulting team, working alongside the top professionals in the industry to come up with solutions that shape healthcare. You will join ECG as a general member of our healthcare consulting pool, where you ll have the opportunity to gain diverse experiences by working across ECG’s four divisions:
Health System Performance, Medical Group Optimization, Payer Strategy & Contracting, and Strategy & Enterprise Growth.

Health System Performance Lead comprehensive performance improvement and clinical program optimization across the full continuum of care, supporting high-quality care while driving operational and financial results across all care settings.

Medical Group Optimization Work with health systems and independent organizations to improve the performance of medical groups, with a focus on governance and leadership, integration, infrastructure, and provider compensation (design, administration, valuation, and compliance).

Payer Strategy & Contracting Optimize strategies, relationships, terms, and methodologies related to revenue and market position for healthcare providers, disrupters, and payers.

Strategy & Enterprise Growth Develop and support strategies, planning, organizational design, transactions, and partnerships that reposition health systems, academic health systems, physician groups, and medical and health sciences schools for impact and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving independent work streams to address client challenges and deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Analyzing data, formulating hypotheses, and developing innovative, actionable recommendations to solve complex and ambiguous healthcare problems.
  • Developing high-quality client deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, financial analyses, and other written deliverables, using logical reasoning under tight timelines.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders by presenting results, synthesizing information, and driving implementation.
  • Creating and managing project plans with clear goals, deliverables, and outcomes, ensuring timely execution across varied schedules and locations.
