Description:
The Physical Therapist's primary goal is to restore function to prevent or minimize disability following disease or injury.
This role aims to help clients reach their maximum performance and function within the limits of their capabilities.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed physical therapy programs.
Responsibilities include supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, making initial admission/evaluation visits, and notifying the assigned Clinical Team Manager of assessment scores within established timelines.
The ideal candidate will document observations, clinical findings, problems, skilled interventions/treatments, goals, and discharge plans.
The individual will also perform other duties as assigned, consistent with skills and training for this position, in alignment with the goals and mission of the organization.
The territory includes various locations as needed.
Holiday coverage is required.
