Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (40 hours/week) who is passionate, motivated, and thrives in a one-on-one treatment model.
The ideal candidate:
- Has strong manual therapy skills or a desire to master them through hands-on mentorship.
- Enjoys building long-term patient relationships and delivering results that truly matter.
- Communicates clearly and connects easily with patients of all backgrounds.
- Is driven to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive, team-focused culture.
- Wants to work in a clinic that values quality over quantity and invests in your professional growth.
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions using evidence-based and manual therapy techniques.
- Design and implement personalized home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.
- Participate in community outreach events, educational workshops, or patient engagement opportunities.

- California PT license (or PTLA status).
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Excellent hands-on skills - or a genuine desire to develop them.

- Excited to grow a full caseload within 3 months

- Competitive salary of $80,000-$100,000.
