• Competitive Pay:$18.25–$27/hour (DOE) Premium pay for weekend shifts

• Provide reliable, compassionate in-home care for seniors

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and safe transfers

• Support medication routines and daily wellness

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Build strong, respectful relationships with clients and families

• Observe, document, and communicate changes in condition clearly

• Respond calmly and responsibly in urgent situations

• Caregivers with 3+ years of professional experience (required for top pay tiers)

• Professionals who show up on time, communicate clearly, and follow through

• Individuals who are open to feedback and committed to improving their skills

• Caregivers who notice the details and take pride in their work

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Travel to one or more locations may be required.
