Pay: $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr (base pay range)
- Ensure the safety, health, and well‑being of clients in their homes.
- Tailor activities to clients’ interests for meaningful engagement.
- Provide personal care, light housework, and meal preparation.
- Perform shopping, errands, and companionship.
- Assist with incontinence and dementia care, transfers, and ADLs.
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Fully vaccinated or have a valid medical exemption.
- Current TB test or clear X‑ray.
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (obtainable through our training program).
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if required.
- $100 sign‑on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked.
- Competitive pay ($18‑$20/hr).
- Bonuses for last‑minute and weekend fill‑in shifts.
- Flexible schedules.
- Full‑time, part‑time, on‑call, and weekend shifts available.
