Responsibilities- Under general supervision, perform waived, moderate, and high complexity testing; evaluate test results; perform and evaluate quality control procedures; perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide laboratory services in a timely manner and deliver customer service. Serve as a technical resource for customers and other staff. Adhere to safety policies. Perform other related CLS functions as required.
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS).
- Applicable clinical laboratory experience.
- Experience with Soft Lab LIS and Epic.
- Experience with automated instrumentation Iris IChemIQ, GEM
4000, TEG, and Roche Cobas. - Generalist skills - Hematology / Chemistry.
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime and at various locations as necessary in accordance with operational needs.
- Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.
Pay Transparency Act:
Annual Full Pay Range and hourly equivalent are posted; compensation may be prorated based on appointment percentage. If employed by the University, comply with vaccination policies and any applicable directives. Certifications such as BLS/NRP/ACLS may require hands-on practice and in-person skills assessment.
