Job SummaryProvide support and guidance regarding pediatric medical and support services. Act as a liaison to improve patient care and flow between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid California driver’s license, car, and insurance; willingness to travel between sites.
- Experience providing services to underserved populations.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English required; trilingual preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of health/social service systems preferred.
Salary range: $22.00 - $26.17 per hour. Final salary based on experience, skills, and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.
