What You Will Do to Change LivesCoordinates service needs and collaborates with other services and agencies. Completes assessments and determines the appropriate level of services for new members served.

Expected starting wage range is $26.46 - $32.69. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)- Master's degree in Social Sciences
- One (1) year of experience in providing crisis management and mental health services
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
- Paid Time Off:
Eligible employees (20+ hours/week) earn PTO each pay period for vacation and personal needs, with pro-rated accrual for part-time schedules and annual carryover up to set caps. - Nine Paid Holidays & Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift)

Telecare's mission is to deliver excellent and effective behavioral health services that engage individuals in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams. In partnership with San Diego Behavioral Health Services and San Diego Housing Commission, Telecare offers onsite supportive and case management services for 75 persons residing at The Shores and Pacific Village. Service participation is voluntary and not a requirement of residing at The Shores and Pacific Village. Telecare works with tenants to engage them in services according to their behavioral health and case management needs.
Services are provided throughout the community based on preference: on-site in The Shores and Pacific Village PSH community space; in individual units; in the supportive service office; or in the community, if appropriate. These services focus on housing stability and retention.
