Home Care Aide – Morning Shift (8 AM–12 PM)

La Jolla, Carmel Valley, San Diego County

Base Pay Range: $40,000 / yr – $70,000 / yr

Hourly Pay Rate: $20 – $23 per hour, paid weekly.

Shifts:

8‑hour or 12‑hour morning shifts, Monday‑Sunday.

• Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and engaging conversation.
• Help with meal preparations and medication reminders.
• Offer transportation to appointments and social activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a warm and tidy environment.

• Must have a mobile phone with internet access.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, and AED (not required).

• Hourly rate $20–$23 based on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
• Weekly payments.
• Flexible schedule:
  Full‑time or part‑time based on your availability and travel preferences.
• Various shifts:
  Morning (AM) and overnight; 8‑hour and 12‑hour options (many 12‑hour shifts open).
• Holiday pay:
  Time and a half.
