Actively Hiring In Home Caregiver

Location:

North County, La Jolla

Shift: AM/PM 12 hours, weekends

Hourly Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour

Join Cheer Home Care to provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled, focusing on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation to help clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.

• Provide personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep
• Transport clients to medical appointments
• Offer dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, Parkinson’s care, hospice care, and related services as needed
• Provide hourly and 24/7 care as required
• Assist with light housekeeping and organizational tasks

• Helping with activities of daily living
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Certifications that are preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
• Ability to drive client in their own vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
• Cell phone with internet access

• Hourly rate: $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more
• Weekly payments
• Flexible schedule:
  Full-time or part-time, based on availability and travel preferences
• Holiday pay:
  Time and a half
• Training and ongoing support
