Behavioral Health Technician

This is a part-time on-site role for a Behavioral Health Technician located in different locations across San Diego, CA. We’re hiring for multiple openings. The Behavioral Health Technician will work directly with clients to implement therapeutic programs and behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a qualified supervisor. Daily tasks include providing one-on-one support, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, data collection, participating in team meetings, and effectively communicating with caregivers and families.

The primary goal is to support skill acquisition and behavioral improvements in clients.

• Knowledge in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Ability to implement Behavioral Intervention strategies and techniques effectively
• Strong Communication skills to interact with clients, families, and team members
• Background or education in Psychology or a related field is preferred but not required
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping individuals with behavioral needs
• Availability for part-time, in clients’ homes and/or schools work in San Diego, CA
• Experience in similar roles is preferred but not required
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is an advantage
