San Diego, CA - Point Loma
Shifts Available: 12-hour AM/PM shifts, Mon-Fri and weekends
Hourly Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour (Overtime pay for 12-hour shifts)

As a Home Care Aide at Cheer Home Care, you'll provide compassionate non-medical care to clients in their own homes. Your role is to support dignity and joy and to engage with clients through conversation and companionship.

• Assist clients with personal care activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide companionship through engaging conversations and quality time
• Help with light housekeeping to keep the home tidy
• Transport clients to appointments or social activities
• Support in meal preparation and provide medication reminders

• A cellphone with internet access
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Preferred certifications (but not required): CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
• Candidates with prior dementia care experience are strongly encouraged to apply
• Willingness to undergo background checks and provide proof of vaccination as required

• Hourly rate: $20-$23, depending on experience, certifications, references, car access, and more
• Weekly payments
• Flexible schedule:
  Full-time or part-time, based on availability
• Various shifts: AM, PM, and 12-hour options
• Holiday pay:
  Time and a half
• Training and ongoing support
