Weekends 8 to 12 Hour Shifts Home Care Aides Needed 20 to 23 Hourly

Hourly Pay Rate: $20-$23 per hour. Available shifts:
Mon–Sun 8–12 hour shifts.

The ideal candidate will provide non‑medical home care to elderly and disabled adults, focusing on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation.

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Transport clients to medical appointments and other outings.
• Provide dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and hospice care as needed.
• Offer hourly and 24/7 care support.
• Perform light housekeeping and organization.

• Cell phone with internet access.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED (not required).
• Must have reliable vehicle and be able to drive a client using their car, with mileage reimbursement.
• Ability to cook meals for clients.

• Hourly rate $20–$23, based on experience, certifications, references, and vehicle access.
• Weekly payments.
• Flexible schedule: full‑time or part‑time, including consistent Sundays 10 AM–6 PM.
• Holiday pay: time and a half.
• Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
