We’re looking for caring, HCA‑certified caregivers with a passion for serving others. If you love creating joyful moments and providing excellent care, we want you on our team!
Pay RangeBase pay: $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr this range is provided by Golden Years Home Care; actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Your Role- Ensure the safety, health, and well‑being of clients in their homes.
- Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement.
- Must be 18+
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or have an exemption
- Current TB test or clear X‑ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willingness to travel up to 25 miles if needed
- Personal care, light housework, and meal preparation.
- Shopping, errands, and companionship.
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
- Competitive pay ($18-$20/hr).
- Bonuses for last‑minute and weekend fill‑in shifts.
- Flexible schedules.
- Full‑time, part‑time, on‑call, and weekend shifts available.
