What you’ll be doing

- Team Player:
Someone who works well with others, takes initiative, and adapts to new situations. - Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving, social work, life skills coaching, teaching assistant, or volunteering is a plus but not required.
- Skills:
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Adaptability to address individuals’ needs with care and flexibility.
- Basic tech skills (mobile phone use, email, Microsoft, electronic database systems).
