• Passion: A desire to empower individuals with I/DD and make a real impact.

• Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must pass a background check.
• Experience:
  • Previous experience in caregiving, social work, life skills coaching, teaching assistant, or volunteering is a plus but not required.
• Skills:
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Adaptability to address individuals’ needs with care and flexibility.
  • Basic tech skills (mobile phone use, email, Microsoft, electronic database systems).
