Home Care Aide Short Shifts 4 Hours at $25 per Hour

Location:

San Diego North County, La Jolla.

Shift: 4 hours, Monday–Sunday.

Hourly Pay Rate: $25 per hour.

We are actively hiring in‑home caregivers who are compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to improving the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep.
• Transportation for clients to medical appointments.
• Provide dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Hospice care and other specialized support.
• Hourly and 24/7 care as needed.
• Light housekeeping and organization.

Requirements:

• Experience helping with activities of daily living.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED (not required).
• Able to drive client in their own VIN and mileage reimbursement.
• Cell phone with internet access.
