A community health organization seeks a Nutritionist-Health Educator to provide individual nutrition assessment, education, and care plans for patients. Responsibilities include conducting health education assessments, planning group nutrition classes, and creating culturally appropriate educational materials. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English are required, along with at least 3 years of experience in chronic disease education.

This is a per diem position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $26.00 to $32.47, plus excellent benefits.
