Base Pay Range$22.00/hr – $27.00/hr
Key Responsibilities- Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a one‑on‑one setting to kiddos with autism in their home or at MeBe’s Learning Center clinic.
- Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to increase the kiddo’s communication, self‑help, social, and play skills.
- Relay information on your kiddos’ progress to BCBAs and assist with BCBA assessments.
- Accurately record the kiddo’s behavior analysis and progress in Central Reach using your assigned tablet.
- Clock in, submit session notes, and clock out in accordance with ABA and insurance provider regulations.
- Maintain a safe, organized workplace.
- Assist with lunch, bathroom, and diaper changes for kiddos.
- Help with projects and tasks directed by your Site Director and Clinical Supervisors.
- Voice questions, issues, and concerns to supervisors and take co‑ownership of treatment planning.
- Build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Contribute positively to the MeBe Family culture.
- Consistent availability Monday through Friday; part‑time shifts available.
- Minimum 18 years old, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- RBT certification required; TRICARE certification required.
- Background in child care, teaching, counseling, or babysitting preferred.
- Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, run, and remain mobile without reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to see with prescription lenses and hear with hearing aids.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Pass a background check.
- Basic computer skills.
- Obtain CPR/BLS certification before working with clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Pediatrics, Human Development, or similar preferred.
- Industry benchmarked, competitive pay based on experience and location.
- Paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Continuing education;
