Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 (depending on experience) + benefits!

• Bilingual (English/Spanish, Arabic, or other) preferred. Medical bilingual may qualify.

• Immediate opening for a full-time, direct hire Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Psychologist at one of our growing centers.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse patient populations. Under the supervision of the Chief Behavioral Health Officer, you will assess needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions. Preference for candidates with experience beyond licensure and proficiency in Spanish. The environment is dynamic, with a manageable caseload including low-income and geriatric clients, focusing on adolescents and adults, primarily adults.

For FQHC settings, expect to conduct 1-hour intakes and 30-45 minute therapy sessions, typically monthly, with an average of 12 patients per day. Special emphasis on therapy for children aged 5-10. For CCBHC settings, provide weekly 45-minute sessions addressing moderate to severe concerns, with an average of 9 sessions daily, and experience with pregnant and postpartum patients is preferred.
