Behavior Therapist

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr.

Part-time and Full-time hours:
Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6:30pm or 1pm-7pm.

As a Behavior Therapist you will work one‑on‑one with children with autism in their home, in our clinics, or school. You will help them develop the life skills necessary to succeed in their homes, schools, and communities through our fun and playful intervention model.

• Work one‑to‑one with clients using ABA and PRT strategies
• Complete data collection, in‑service notes, and procedures as outlined by supervisors
• Participate in all trainings, evaluations, and team meetings
• Communicate frequently and effectively with team members
• Bring required materials as needed (toys, iPad, etc. provided by In STEPPS)
• Follow schedule as determined by administrative staff and supervisors
• Comply with all reporting requirements of the company, including payroll submissions, billing information, etc., on a timely basis

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver's license required
• Clean criminal background check
• 6 months of experience in an ABA position preferred or experience in a similar field
