Full‑time (32 hrs/week) float position at Scripps Mercy Hillcrest, with float to sister hospital in Chula Vista when needed. Bonus eligible.

Full‑time (64 hours / 2 weeks) position working varied days to include at least four shifts per month, two of which must be weekend shifts. This position will rotate between Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego and Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista as needed.

$4,000 New Hire Incentive and $3,000 Relocation bonus if moving from 100+ miles.

• Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago

• Must remain in original hired FTE status and shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original job title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

• Current occupational therapy license in the State of California
• Current BLS certification
• Graduate of accredited school of Occupational Therapy (BS or MS degree)

• Minimum of one year of Inpatient/Acute Care OT experience

Minimum Rate: $54.24
