Pay: $43.00- $56.00 (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time
Requirements:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in CA
- 1+ year OT experience with geriatric population
- CA driver’s license & transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
This role plays a key part in helping older adults maintain their independence by developing and implementing personalized therapy plans. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with the elderly and thrives in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess participants’ physical and functional capabilities
- Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Implement and oversee therapeutic activities and interventions
- Provide training to participants and caregivers on adaptive equipment
- Monitor, document, and report participant progress
- Perform home, facility, or site visits as needed
- Collaborate with IDT members to ensure quality, coordinated care
- Educate and train other staff as necessary
- Ensure compliance with PACE, CMS, and DHCS regulations
- Maintain appropriate therapy equipment and supplies
