Overview
Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla has served the greater San Diego community since 1924. For more than a century, we continue to provide distinguished care, including several nationally ranked specialty programs. Scripps La Jolla is designated a Magnet Hospital by the American Nursing Association. The campus includes the Barbey Family Emergency and Trauma Center (Level I Trauma Center) and the Prebys Cardiovascular Institute.
Notable programs include cancer care, heart surgery, orthopedic surgery, labor and delivery services (including a Level III neonatal intensive care unit) and a nationally designated Comprehensive Stroke Center.
This is a full-time position (80 hours per pay period) with 8-hour evening shifts (2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.), working every third weekend. The role requires scheduling flexibility throughout the week, holiday rotation, and participation in the on-call rotation. This position is located at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla.

Position pay range: $44.63-$64.71/hour.

- Work 8-hour evening shifts (2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.) with on-call rotation and holiday rotation as required.
- Be flexible with scheduling and participate in on-call as part of the team.
- Operate at a Level 1 trauma and Magnet hospital environment, providing patient-centered care.
- CRT
- Fluoro Eligible (Must obtain Fluoro within 6 months of hire date)
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- ARRT
- C-Arm experience
- Portables experience
- Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting

- New Graduates (Must have 1 year of Radiologic Tech experience)
To remain eligible for retention incentive, the following criteria must be met:
- Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
- Must remain in original department/specialty
- Must remain in original Job Title
- Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless noted in the offer letter.
